The Legend
The Horse's story is one of fall and redemption – a journey from arrogance to humility.
According to legend, the Horse once had wings and lived among the immortals in the Heavenly Palace. He could run, fly, and swim – he was called the "Holy Horse".
But his arrogance led to his downfall. He forced his way into the Dragon King's Palace and killed a divine guardian. Enraged, the Jade Emperor removed his wings and imprisoned him under Kunlun Mountain for 300 years.
Later, humans helped the Horse escape. Grateful for their kindness, he dedicated his life to serving them – cultivating land, pulling carts, transporting materials, and fighting in wars. His loyalty and hard work earned him a place among the twelve zodiac animals.
